Purchased at Enotecca Bonatti in Florence, March 2009. bright orange, thick looking beer, almost like egg yolk. Yeast aroma, with brett. Surprisingly complex flavor, with wheat, coriander, more yeast, lemon. It is tart, sourness is getting close to a lambic.

Hazy yellow-orange color, steady creamy white head. Orange, sourish apricot in the nose. Medium-bodied, but watery palate. Light apricot, lychee fruity flavor. Slightly leathery and sourish. Interesting blanche.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour, small beige head. Aroma is mild sourness, some slight wheat, spices and a bit of farmyard. Flavour is wheat, some slight sourish wooden notes, mild spices as well as some mild citrusy notes.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, citrus, acicic citrus, moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100604]

4th June 2010. Bottle in Johnny’s Off License, Rome. Hazy gold beer. Little white head. Very dry and light palate. Lagerish dry malt punctuated by a citrus burst which dies away quickly to a dry finish with sharp tingling minerals.
