Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours black with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is complex and delicious. Roast, chocolate, coffee and fruit. Flavor is roasted and ashy with some fruity tartness. Medium and smooth palate. Truly the best Ebeltoft beer I’ve had!
