A crisp, unfiltered lager with lots of flavour. Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh give it those traditional floral and spicy notes. The yeast gives a big ester profile and a clean finish.

Keg at the brewery tap. A translucent golden yellow, straw coloured pour with a a lasting thin white head. Aroma is slightly weird apple custard, damp rustic grains, . Flavour is semi sweet, slightly tangy, earthy rustic grains, damp grass and spicy hop. Palate is light bodied, crisp to tangy, highish carbonation, grainy. Not bad. Maybe a little raw.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a creamy, white head. Biscuits in the nose, cereal, white bread, straw. Light-medium sweet flavour with sugary biscuits, more pale bread, low bitterness, some pale grain husk. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. More biscuity character in the finish, some citrus notes, meringue, hay. Enjoyable lager.
