Looks almost black, served chilled with a thick creamy head. Distinctly smooth with a subtle aroma of roasted malt & coffee, followed by a creamy bttersweet finish with excellent drinkability.
Our craft stout is made with Pale Ale malt combined with flaked toasted barley alongside Amber and Chocolate malts, giving it the dark rich flavour. We use 100% Goldings hops, and the beer is nitrogenated to give its creamy head and velvety texture.

Taphouse Copenhagen. Keg share with many Ratebeerians. Clear deep amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and dry, mild.fine carbonation. Insipid dark malts, little tangy fruits. Light dry finish. Lame! Interesting that the Danes rated this several points higher. Mebbe I am too harsh but this was not good for me.

[Keg at the Hinds Head, Bray, Berkshire] Black with a thick cream head. Cream mouthfeel and initial flavour, with plenty of milky coffee and dark chocolate coming through.ly sweet for a stout, but there’s a nice roastiness in the finish to balance. Good stuff.
