Bottle at home, from Domus Birrae, 20/02/13. Pours a hazed amber brown with reddish hues, no nead, tiny bubbles form on the glass. Nose is woody, soured peach, dark orange marmalade, dank and musty. Taste is horsey, earthy, farmyard, soured fruits, lemon, wood, sour apricot, a hint of red wine booze. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Solid enough wild.

RBESG 2010, draught at Open Baladin
Dark brown color, almost flat. The aroma is strong, vinous, lightly sour. The mouthfeel is quite oily, with caramel flavor, red wine, light acidity, very light chocolate. The final is short, with some liquorice. Just an experiment, no thrills.

Bottle. A flat one, slightly unclear, copper colored body. Oxidation, dark berries, notes of fortified wine, cellar and sourness. Medium body, no carbonation. The flavor is quite sour, with lots of dark berries and some cellar. Some alcohol blends in. Lasting sourness in the finish. A nice one, probably a bit demanding to drink a lot of, but a small glass was really nice. 100813

Drunk to celebrate my rating number number 17,600. Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with next to no head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, caramel, and fruit. The flavor is lightlu acidic with notes of spices, vinegar, wood, and caramel, leading to a tart, dry, and spicy finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear and warm orangey brown with a small off-white head. Lovely dry, Bretty nose, some wood and red wine. Considering the alcohol the body is very, very light. Lovely wood, caramel and dry Brett. More dry than tart, but lovely indeed and very, very drinkable. 100810

4th June 2010 - Botlle at Bir & Fud. Huge thanks to the owners for this beer on the house! Clear brown beer. No head. Light dry palate. Lightly sour. Malty as well. Not much else going on I could discern, sourish malty beer!
