Tap at the Gasthof Wolferstetter in Vilshofen. Deep clear golden, fine sparkly, chewy grain, good bitterness, crunchy, quite nice.

Bottle picked up from Riba Getränkemarkt, Kirchberg im Wald and consumed at home Sunday 30th October 2022 listening to Suede - Autofiction. Pours clear gold, actually there might just be a tiny bit of haze, there is a good sized white head. Pleasant softness in the mouth, a good maltiness, easy drinking uncomplicated beer, nice sweet ripe fruitiness, good example of the style.

“Wolferstetter Festbier“, vom Faß im Mühlhiasl-Biergarten im Museumsdorf Bayerischer Wald. - Orangegold, klar. - In der Nase Karamel, Haselnuß und Plastikkleber. - Antrunk satt karamelmalzig mit feiner Bonbonsüße, gut abgestimmter zartsäuerlicher Frucht und milder orangenfruchtiger Herbe. Durchschnittlich rezent, vollmundig, mineralisch. Im Abgang intensivere Malzsüße und milde orangenfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Annehmbares Festbier, etwas ruppig aber schön tief. (20.9.2020.)

Wolferstetter Winter Premium. 5,5 % Alk. und 13,5 % Stammwürze. Geruch recht malzig. Auch geschmacklich ist dies vorherrschend. Getreidige und minimal florale Noten fallen auf. Der Hopfen kommt erst am Ende des Mittelteils durch. Sehr frisch und süffig.

Bottled 500ml. -from Getränke Degenhart, Grafenau as Wolferstetter Winter Premium. Darker golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, lively carbonation, malty nose. Sweet malty, grainy, slightly meaty and touch of metal with sweetish finish.

As Wolferstetter Winter Premium. Pours a yellow color with little white head, lively carbonation. Malty aroma with some grains and sweet caramel. Medium bodied.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, würzig. Geschmack würzig malzig, leicht fruchtig, minimale Bitterkeit.
