Muffiger Getreideantrunk, weich, monoton. Zum Ende süßlich, dennoch monoton, wenig getreidig. Einfach nur ein unnötiges Produkt.

Bottle: Golden to deep golden, very rapidly vanishing white head; sweetish grainy-dusty nose with a tinge of vegetables; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet pale malt and herbal hops in the short finish. Disappointing.......

Had this as Wolferstetter Winter Premium. Bottle looks good, as well as the beer in the glass. Starts not as strong as exspected, hoppy notes in the background. Finish is more intense, spicy-grasy, also quite sourish. Drinkable and good beer!

Bottle (Winter Premium). Creamy barley malt aroma with a hint of grassy hops. Clear golden yellow color with small head. Lightly sweet creamy barley malt and grassy hops flavor. Nice body - a very good festbier.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden colour, large off-white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, intensively malty with a good amount of aromatic hops that add a nice touch of bitterness to the lingering finish. A well-crafted Festbier.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Discreet aroma: moderately sweet strawy malty and shy hoppy aroma with traces of biscuits. Moderately sweet and faint bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy pale malty and quite one-dimensional taste, leading into a moderately dry and sweet malty finish with a whiff of herbal hops. A beer that wants to please everybody. 09.I.10

Cask version aboard the AMA Amadagio (served by Wolferstetter’s brewmaster). The beer pours a clear yellow-gold color with a medium thick and fluffy white head that recedes slowly. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Caramel malt aroma with a touch of hops. Light to medium body with a sweet malty character that has touches of caramel, hops and fruit. The finish is sweet with a lingering malt and wheat aftertaste. Above average overall.
