Bottled, from Hier Gibt's Bier. Almost clear amber, rich head. Minerally spicy nose with some rye bread. Mid dry with medium body and and soft mouthfeel. Husky bread, mildly minerally with spicy hop bitterness. Nice!

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, light roasty. Some earthy notes. Finish a bit too dry, boring malty. Okay.

Bottle from trade with Bierkoning, many thanks! Bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, süß, Karamell. Geschmack nach viel Karamell, leicht schokoladig, etwas würzig.

(bottle) Not really “dunkel”, slightly hazy, light-amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Discreet aroma: slightly biscuity cara-malty nose with notes of herbal and slightly citric hops. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft cara-malty base with bready and herbal accents; medium-dry and a bit slim malty and subtle fruity finish with a delicate bitterness. Still a decent Kellerbier. 18.VIII.10

Bottle: Light amber coloured, big lacy and stable off-white head; slight caramelly nose with a discreet fruitiness - no traces of infection; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; a fruity touch in the caramelly and hoppy finish. Good....

Bottle 500ml.Light light unclear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, toasted, caramel notes, bready notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, straw bale dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100526]

Bottle. Pale amber color, hazy. Peach and some earthiness in the aroma. Malty, flowery flavor with hints of peach and licorice. Yeast and mint. Maybe a bit on the thin sidde, neverthesless a tasty brew.
