En let lys ale med et tvist at hyldeblomst. Frisk og let i smagen, som går fint til for eksempel en svinemørbrad, eller som tørstslukker på en varm sommerdag.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a dense shaving foam style head leaving a solid lacework. Fruity nose with some citrusy hoppiness and a whiff of yeast. Medium body, dominated by a tart and citrusy fruitiness, some phenols and a fairly hoppy and slightly astringent finish. Not bad. 100910

Bottle. A sparkling, golden beer, almost clear, except for some floaties. A big dense, off-white head leaves lacings. Fruity, citrus peel-like aroma with a little milky touch that doesn’t bother. Pale malts and some spiced notes. Full-bodied, quite effervescent and dry. Hop-dominated flavor with citrusy peel, flowers, wheat and bitterness. Bitter, flowery finish. Easy drinkable, tasteful and with refreshing, quenching qualities. Could easily drink a few of these. 100716
