50 cL bottle. Pours deep orange to amber, slight hazy and with a light orange head. Aroma is malty and with notes of orange fruit. Flavour is medium bitter and sweet, has a slight fruity note to it. Ends with a decent bitterness.

Bottled. Clear, goldden pilsner with a decent white head. Light fruity and malty on the aroma. The flavor is quite pleasant, with fruityness, malt, caramel and some hops. It could use a bit more hops, in my opinion. Medium body. A bit odd to bottled-condition a pilsener, but it turns out quite good. (060623)

I’ve had this twice - the one that Joergen made explode, and another one, that gave a small fiz when opened. The beer is dark amber and slightly hazy underneath a thick off-white head. The aroma is strawy combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel as well as straw, and hints of metal, and the body is thin. This can not be a pilsener - it is bottled conditioned!!!

(Bottle 50 cl) Comes as ""Brygmand Pilsner". Completely explosive beer with half of the contents being split between my wooden floor and joergens nostrils. Very unclear, dark amber with a rather handsome, creamy, off-white head leaving some lacework. Rather neutral nose with a wee touch of hops. Medium body with a fairly malty feel and some bitterness in the finish. Drinkable - whatever that was left.... 290106
