05/03 Draught at the brewpub, as "Pils". It poured almost clear golden body with medium to bigger head. Strange sourish, both hops and malty aroma. Fine honey malty flavor, again strange, dusty, oily... Medium body with long sweet finish. Strange brew, completely fine though, but not a pils for sure. Current style on RB is adequate enough.

Draught at the brewpub, Pils. Shared with heavy. 4.8%. Poured a slightly hazy golden body, medium sized persistent white head. Light malty nose, slightly oily. Light sweet yoghurty taste, malty, slightly yeasty. No hop? Nice beer but hardly a pils.

(Bottle, bought from Bio Company, on 2009-02-06) Golde and hazy. Large long lasting white head. Fruity and grassy aroma. Medium bodied and slightly dry palate with medium carbonation. Frutiness, citric flavours, grass, bitterness and lightly berry-like flavours in taste. Bitter and fruity aftertaste.

On tap. Comes as "Braumanufaktur Pils". Slightly hazy yellow with a creamy white and lacing head. Malty, lightly floral aroma. Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel. Lightly sweet malts and a lightly bitter finish. Straight and drinkable. 090109

From tap at the brewpub, bio pils. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild spiced hoppy and with a light orange fruity touch. Flavour is sweet malty with a solid orange fruity note. Ends fruity and mild bitter.

Draught, 4.8% at BBF06. As Bio Pils. Cloudy golden colour, small white head. Nice naturtrüby aroma. Good yeast flavour, Some hop aroma, low bitterness, but just enough. Satiating. 7 4 7 4 16
