Wet Hopped Cold IPA
It’s a “cold” IPA because we used a lager yeast (which ferments at colder temperatures compared to ale yeast, which would normally be used in an IPA). This beer was made with freshly picked Cascade hops from our friends at @washtock_family_farm in North Bend. Wet hopped beers are exclusively available right after the hop harvest - which is NOW! This beer delivers on the subtle, unique flavours

Poured from 473mL can (canned 12/10/2021 - based on their IG post, I'm pretty sure this is Oct 12, 2021). Clear-ish gold with small white head. Not much on the nose, some generic lager/pilsner malts perhaps, slightly minerally, touch of sweet breadiness, super feint hint of grass hops, but the hops have more or less completely fallen off. Wondering if there was much more to this when it was fresh.
