A clever mix of barley malts and spices, a wise choice of hops and the alchemy of open vat fermentation give to this organic beer a bitter and round beer with a fruity and refreshing aftertaste. EBC 13.4.

Bottle at home. Clear a bit pale yellow color, decent sized white head. Smell and taste malts and that's it. Absolutely don't know how to describe this beer. Flavor is simply bland. Is it sweet? Not really. Bitter? Not really. Yeasty? Hmm not really. Fruity? Nope. Drinkable but completely uninteresting. 6-3-6-3-10.

Bottle from Carrefour Calais and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold head. Lasting white head. Floral hoppy aroma. Some yeast character no doubt. Not a bad blond. Just a bit too earthy. Good hop aroma. Bit muddy earthy for me.
