A clever mix of barley malts and spices, a wise choice of hops and the alchemy of open vat fermentation give to this organic beer a bitter and round beer with a fruity and refreshing aftertaste. EBC 13.4.

Bottled 330ml. -from Geant Albertville. Golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, weak grassy nose. Light malty, grassy, slightly yeasty and flowery with short bitterish finish. Nothing special here.

25 cl bottle @ home, bought in Lille about a year prior. Clear golden blonde color (when leaving the last cm with flakey yeast in the bottle). White head, not much and quickly receding. Aroma’s: grain, a bit vegetal, some sweet fruit. Retronasal it’s fruity, light vegetal, grain. Flavor is light sweet, a bit vegetal. Light bodied. Short finish. My expectations were low, but it wasn’t bad.

corked 0.75l bottle from jaghana - thank you! Hazy yellow, large white head, spicy aroma with a floral and fruity touch. Medium-bodied, grainy malt flavours, shy fruity touch (peach, mirabelle, Victoria plums) and a lovely floral hoppy finish. Well crafted beer.

Bottled (thanks Samuli!). Golden colour with a small longlasting foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruits, nectar, sweet malts, mild grassy notes as well as some floral hopping. Flavour is fruity and floral hops along with some herbs and quite rich maltyness. Mildly spicy and yeasty in the finish as well.

Bottle labelled "Blonde Bio", I’ll assume it’s the same as this Blonde. Weak malty aroma, very little head on top of a boring yellow body. Taste is an earthy and grassy mess with a watery mouthfeel. Not balanced at all, but drinkable.

75 cl bottle from a Supermarket in Paris. Medium blonde color, very cloudy. Slightly sweet, with lots of malt. Balance ok, but mostly on the malt side. Very easy to drink, and rather nice, but rather undistinguished. A bit like a typical abbey blonde, but a touch better than average.
