12 ounce bottle shared by Beerandblues2 at the 5/7/11 DC Ratebeer gathering. Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Very fruity aroma with lots of stone fruits and some grain. The taste is grain, banana and a gummy, doughy note reminiscent of Gatorade. Thin-medium bodied.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 8/2/11
Aroma: The nose is along the lines of what you'd expect: grass, corn, and some apple
Appearance: A completely clear yellow with a lot of movement and a foamy white head
Flavor: The taste is somewhat sweet and finishing lightly bitter, thin overall flavor-wise
Palate: The body is light, the duration is short, and the mouthfeel is watery (not many surprises here)
Overall Impression: I didn't necessarily buy this one because I was expecting a good beer, but I had 5 of 6 in my MYO 6-pack, and needed to fill the last slot (Colonial only lets you buy from a select group of mostly crap for their 6 packs) , so I figured why not use that last slot to tick Honduras. It's not quite as terrible as the overall score of 6 would suggest, but it isn't really too good either.

What can be said about a pale laqer that you haven’t heard before? Looks like one. Smells OK considering the twist off green bottle. Good initial fizz overrides the taste experience of clean sterile lager flavors. Not offensive at 5%. Could be a session beer. Does this have a slight citrus tinge? Finish and over all it is a decent lager beer, considering the style. Surprisingly quite interesting. Not bad, thanks Ben!
