Small slightly bubbly longlasting head. Aroma is slightly fruity and grainy, light malts, flowers, wet grain, grapefruit, hay. Taste is slightly neutral, light malts, hay, weeds, flowers, wet grain. Medium bitterness. Fair enough, just another boring golden ale.

On tap @ the Haymarket. Pours amber with a decent head. The nose has a real grassiness with some honey and citrus on the end. The taste is some more grassiness but it is mainly of toffee and honey. The palate is medium bodied and textured with a fairly clean finish. Overall, solid!

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, little white head. Interesting floral flavours in the pale malt. Good balancing bitterness, tangerine - orange hops. Semi dry finish. Interesting well joined up beer.

Cask handpull at Wenlock Arms. Gold, lasting thin white head. It’s a golden ale, without a huge amount of hop. Underpowered gold ale. Tasty enough but lacks sufficient hops.
