Draught @ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2010, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, toasted - caramel, toffee, moderate hoppy, fruity, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, bread, toffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100507]

100ml from bottle. Pale, golden brown body. Off-white head. Fresh floral aroma. Taste of mild fruity shells with sweet malts. Dry bitter ending. Rounded mouthfeel. Pleasant and pleasing (Copenhagen Beer Festival, 06.05.2010).

Hazy amber with a nice off-white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with peach and orange and a little malt, and with a touch of diacetyl. Dry and grainy flavour with strong fruity hops and medium bitterness

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry fruity and distinct bitter hoppy. Mild butterish malty flavoured. Dark malty and slight roasted malt flavoured. Bitter and dry malty to yeasty flavoured finish. Phenolic and dry.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, hops and lots of butter. Butter is too dominant.

At Copenhagen Beerfestival, on May 8, 2010Hazy copper color, white head. Buttery and hoppy scent, also yeast and dough. Sweet, hoppy, bitter taste. Some apples. Moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
