Flink is beautiful, sparkling thirst quencher. This fresh, light pale ale is low in alcohol yet full of flavour. We mixed in a bit of wheat malt, which results in a firm body and a very pleasant, soft mouth feel. A light dryhop with Galaxy and Mosaic hops is responsible for the tickle of subtle, fruity hoppiness.

33cl bottle – Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a small white head that settled. The aroma is malty and hoppy, citrus and some herbal notes. A moderately sweet taste, bready malts, light citrus and yeasty flavours with a dryish hoppy bitter finish.

Fresh pretty fruity, in the old one the maltiness shines through nicely.

On tap at ‘t IJ, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, slight metallic notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with Belgian yeast, doughy notes, and bready malt. Very dry, somewhat metallic. Pleasant.
