500ml bottle from Morrisons left over from the previous nights Cider Night. Pale gold, no head. Some apple juice and rubber and alcohol on aroma. Woody apple, but still quite surprisingly sweet. Somewhere between a commercial cider and a decent cider with slightly woody apple juice. Has hints of being good, but doesn’t quite connect.

(Bottle 27,5 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Clear, pale golden with a tiny, off-white head. Sourish, astringent, leathery nose. Medium body, lightly sweet apple notes and an astringent finish. The alcohol is scaringly well hidden. 180907

Blond color. The appley aroma is a bit sour too. The flavor (apple juice) is not sour, but it has some nice wood touch; sweetish, round. Too clean, but not bad.

Bottle: Poured a medium yellow color cider with very low carbonation. Aroma of dry apple and some horse blanket is a different then what I usually expect in a cider but still enjoyable. Taste consists of some dry apple with some lingering sweetness at the end and some light oak notes as well as horse blanket. Enjoyable though not necessarily something that I would drink often.
