Merci Ananas is a collab with our good friends at Thank You Pizza. We decided to make a Light Lager with Pineapple after being inspired by a series of beer from Taiwan. It is immensely bright and refreshing with a sweet pineapple aroma and a crisp lager finish. It tastes like sunshine and fun. We recommend not thinking too much about whether pineapple should be added to a lager, and just enjoy your life instead.

Poured from the tap @ flux. Clear-ish blonde with small white head. Aroma of pineapple dole whip. Mild creamy pineapple taste over a basic lager base. Better than Taiwan pineapple beer, but total novelty. They say not to think about whether pineapple should be added to a lager, but I still ask why…?
