The first beer in one of my random beer tasting evenings with the wife. Brown 33cl bottle of gluten free Belgian Ale, best before 7 Dec 2011, drank Aug 2010. Poured into my ’La Chouffe’ stemmed tulip glass. Good clear amber coloured body with an off-white head that soon settled down to a mini wisp and collar. Some lacing did occur though, as the beer level dropped. Malted biscuit aroma and taste, but not really sweet as my comments might indicate, no gluten you see! I thought the beer a bit thin in the body stakes but pleasant enough.
