Tasting at Papsø
Hazy amber color; small head. The aroma is dusty, first of all, then nutty, with some caramel and cereals. Weak body; cereals flavor, too much for a good beer, without interesting malt. Nothing special.

Clear amber with a tiny off white head. Aroma had malt, spices and fruity notes. Flavour had spices, hops and caramel notes. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of byaeger. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. Malty yet rustic aroma. Medium body, malts and caramel with an ashy edge. Dry and lightly biter finish. Drinkable but not quite an Oktoberfest. 100410

Photo sent in to be uploaded. Rating from tap (but have had bottles as well). According to the brewer, this is their best batch so far. Pours with a clear orange body and a small off, white head. Decent lacing. Aroma is sweet with caramel, corn and nuts. Taste is caramel and nuts. Smoothish mouthfeel, but a bit fizzy.
