"Dreuschendorfer Bier Franken-Kristall", Flasche direkt von der Brauerei. - Goldgelb, ganz schwach trüb. - In der Nase unreifes Obst, Rhabarber, milde obergärige Fruchtigkeit, süßliches Weizenmalz. - Antrunk schlank weizenbierig mit Klee, Nelke und grüner Banane. Matte zuckrige Süße. Im Abgang schwache zitrusfruchtige Herbe. - Ein Weizen ohne Pep und noch dazu ohne Hefe - mein Ding ist das nicht.

Klare dunkel goldgelbe Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, fruchtig, getreidig, leicht würzig. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, leicht hefig, süß, getreidig.

Bottled. Almost clear golden, small head. Light bready banana aroma. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Banana and light phenols. Low bitterness.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, fruty, sweet malt, light light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Yeasty aroma with wheat and hints of banana. Flavour had wheat, yeast and bananas. Finished dry.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and malty, light cornish. Crisp grassy and malty flavoured. Bitter and dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a lively and very white head. Very yeasty nose. Medium body, sweet banana and lots of yeast. Dryish finish. Quite fresh. 090410
