Moelleux (sweet)
Beautiful amber color. Delicate honey aroma, light millefiori honey, with signs of maturity, with soapy hints. Sweet mead, but with a lean body, not thick nor syrupy; good honey flavor, not too invasive; there is some bitterness and the final is lightly tannic, astringent, dusty. Not complex but pleasant.
