Bottle from Liquor Mountain. Light amber orange with low bubbles. Sweet apple nose, skin, light tannins, very little tartness. Medium tart flavor, light tannins, ok sweetness. Rather light carbonation. Bland but not terrible.

Clear golden colour with no head. Light aroma and taste of sweet, floral apples. Soft mouthfeel. Some corky dryness in the finish.

Bottle at home picked up from French Supermarche. A mostly clear gold orange coloured pour with a fading white froth. Aroma is semi sweet, light toffee, fresh apple. tart apple, some alcohol, woody bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody apple, bark, some alcohol, white sugars. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, highish carbonation. spritzy carbonation, sticky toffee, light vanilla. Apple juiece. vanille, creamy. bark. Ok.

Bottle, deep oxidized yellow color, aroma and flavor dominated by baked apples, almost no sourness and a light sweetness, feels a little diluted. Quite drinkable but also quite simple. Nothing too exciting.

Near clear golden with little head. Sweet ol’ apples. Old peels, rubberband, feels a bit dusty and old. Sickly sweet, little tart and watery, dry tannins.

Bottle shared. Clear golden, no head. Dusty apple, buttery, dry apple peel, soft milky. Medium sweet, soft tart and bitter. Medium bodied, medium dry. Not great, not bad.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, from Stockmann, 20170413) The cider poured deep golden and clear. Thin lacing on the surface of the drink. Aroma sweet apple juice and hint of sourness. Palate was light bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, apple juice and a hint of tartness. Aftertaste was sweet and thin. Like a diluted cider.

KRS 240115. Deep golden -orange colour with some off-white bubbles. Aroma is apple, cellar notes, fruit. Flavour is oxidation, cellar notes, apple, fruit, sourness, sugar. OK cider.
