75cl bottle my dad found in the cellar of my uncle. It’s the old version of Ermelindis, as it has 9% ABV and according to the label it is a tripel. Hazy orange color, small off-white to beige head. Smell malts, lightly sweet, not much more. Taste malts, lightly sweet, some alcohol, lightly herbs or spices. Lightly a touch of bitter in the finish. Active carbonation, medium body. Still enjoyable after at least 5 years.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, metal, over ripe fruits, and yeast, leading to a dry yeasty and mineralic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with an off-white head. Odd spicy aroma - first I found it walnutty. Solid body, sweet and fruity but also minty and gingery - subdued yeastiness though. Massive alcohol burn in the finish. 140310

750 ml bottle, 9%. Dark golden color, hazy. Anis and apricot in the aroma. Malty flavor with vanilla, coreander and anis. Sweetish, tasty beer, slightly alcoholic, but the spiciness is not too obtrusive.
