24.11.2024 Aromat słodowy bardzo intensywny i jaśminu, Bura piana, czarne nie przejrzyste. Smak goryczki jest intensywny, skórki pomarańczowej, chmiele owocowe. Słonecznik Nagazowanie duże, gładkie, treściwość średnio niska, długi finisz palony i chmielowy. Ogólnie bardzo dobre piwo chętnie jeszcze spróbuje

28.12.2023 - wow, jedna z najkonretniejszych black ipa. Wysokie wysycenie, solidna goryczka, aż trze język. Do tego gdzieś tam te cytrusy, żywica. Świetne.

Barwa niemal czarna, zamglone, piana beżowa, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie cytrusy, kwiaty, skórka pomarańczy, fenole. W smaku półwytrawne, cytrusy, paloność, fenole. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie średnie, ciało w normie. Zbalansowane, aczkolwiek nie rzuca na kolana.

W aromacie żywica, cytrusy, czekolada, iglaki, kwiaty, kawa. Bardzo przyjemnie, stylowo, zachęcająco. W smaku cytrusy, żywica, gorzka czekolada, lekka kawa. Goryczka petarda - wysoka, żywiczno-grapefruitowa, oldschoolowa. Nieco za wysokie wysycenie. Tak powinna się prezentować black ipka. Jest świetne.

Bottle @ home. Black color, medium sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, very malty and old hops with a malty bitterness. Must be a bad bottle or an old bottle. Not a bad beer, but it now tastes more like a dry stout. Meh.

Pours dark brown from the bottle. The frothy tan head lingers amidst lacing. Aroma is orange peel, dark chocolate, floral. Taste has a sharp berry twang, trends sour, finishes with a light bitterness. As usual with a black IPA there’s a lot of flavors pulling in different directions here, for the most part the hops has the upper hand. Body is medium, smooth with a nicely balanced carbonation. Overall a good bIPA.
