Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013 as Rossiccia doppio malto @ 6.6%. Cuivrée, blanc cassé. Arôem est malté, caramel bsicuité avec encore une fois une signature qui fait vraiment la marque de fabrique de cette brasserie. Houblonné noble tirant sur herbacé - vert. Palais est malté, base biscuité et grains. Brève note d’amertume en fin de bouche et un léger côté café au lait assez plaisant. Fini terreux sur qcq notes pâle amer.

Draught @ IBF - Italia Beer Festival Milano 2010, Palalido, Piazza Carlo Stuparich, Milano, Italy.Light unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, mash malt, malty, herbs, sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100307]
