Our Cold IPA strives to balance the clean smooth body of a cold fermented Lager with the aromas of a traditional West Coast IPA. Simcoe and Amarillo hops truly shine through without any additional yeast derived esters. Grapefruit, Resin and Clementine are at the forefront with a delicate sweetness from the Barley, Rice and Corn.

Pale blond colour, clean. It's lean, with a good malt base (that I wouldn't call crisp, rather call it chewy), balanced bitterness, but with blended hop flavour (some resins, some grass), could be brighter; pleasant lager esters.
Overall, it's a good hoppy lager.
