Our rotating house sour IPA. Raw wheat, oats and 2-row malt. Fermented with a house Kveik and wild lactobacillus culture. Double dry hopped with Enigma and Galaxy hops. Blended with foeder aged golden sour.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy pale blond colour. Some armpit in the aroma, it reminds me of some IPA from Beere just down the road, weird; light fruit too. Dry mouthfeel, still quite soft; the yeast doesn't work well with the hoppy beer concept, there's a bit of clash; some undisputed hop qualities, though. Not bad.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Sour mandarin notes. Soured mandarin and some peel.
