Bottle courtesy of Jan and Charlotte, thanks! this was passed to me at Kerstbier Festival, Essen Belgie, 18.12.10 and consumed 30.12.10 Hazy amber in colour with a white head. Some curly zippy citrussy flavours in the mouth, with grapefuit present amongst them. quite sharp although the soft mouthfeel and sweetness dampen the sharpness. This is just a simple but decent IPA, I like this and I really like Raasted beers. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7

Draught@SBWF2010. Hazy deep golden colour with mediumsized creamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is rye bread, some mild citrusy notes as well as some mild grassy notes. Flavour is very much similar along with some slight wooden notes. Long fruity aftertaste.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan) Hazy amber colour with frothy off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Hoppy, fruity nose with orange peel, grapefruit and pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, grapefruit, pine needles and a slightly harsh, spicy rye character. Generous bitterness in the finish, but emphasis is mainly on the aromatic hops. Slightly above medium body, with a balanced sweetness. Well balanced and very tasty. Nice one.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Rich lychee and tangerine aroma. Dryish and fruity, medium bodied. Very aromatic and intensely hoppy, but with lower bitterness than expected. Tasty hop bomb!

On tap at KØ-10. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Lots of pinecones in the aroma, with a good and unusual maltyness in the back. Nice maltyness in the flavor too, obviously the rye, and with hops giving pineapple and green pinecones. Decently bitter, especially in the finish. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. A really pleasant and easy-drinking beer. Rating: 7-3-8-4-15-3.7. 100507
Bottle, at John Bull, Aalborg. It pours a huge, off-white head over an almost clear golden body. Lots of orange and grapefruit on the nose, not much maltyness, but some can be found. Also some alcohol. The flavor is on the hoppy side, not so much bitterness, but lots of citrus and grapefruit. Some malty sweetness and alcohol. Full body and nice carbonation. Bitter finish. A tasteful and quenching beer that is just a bit too strong for quenching purposes. 110727

330mL bottle, pours hazy orange amber with a big white head. Great aroma of piney hops, grapefruit and citrus. Flavour is all bitter pine hops with hardly any malt to back it - lingering bitter finish. Good, though a little one-dimensional.
