50cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Storo. Pours black with a beige head. aroma of licorice, roasted malt, some coffee and hints of dark chocolate and fruits. Malty and medium sweet with a balced bitterness. Lightly malty and roasty finish.

50cl bottle from trade with SaintMatty, tried @ hotelroom. Pitch black, opaque color, small to medium sized light brown head. Smell malts, dark malts, slightly caramel, hint of coffee. Taste malts, dark malts, slightly smoke, lightly oatmeal, slightly sweetish, a hint of caramel. Low body, low carbo.

Bottle at home. Pours a black colour with a medium beige head. Wonderful roasted aroma of leather, wood, oak, dark chocolate and hints of smoke. More roast in the flavour along with coffee, leather and dark berries. Light and silky mouth feel, and light bitterness. A fantastic and easy-drinking dark beer.

Pours clear deep brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Roasty aroma, distinct notes of coffee, hints of cocoa, woodwork and ashes. The flavour is smooth and fairly dry, notes of mild coffee and dark chocolate. Low bitterness. Pleasant to drink.

50cl bottle. Black colour with a frothy and wuickly diminishes tan head. Aroma is black coffee, roasty and strong licorice. Flavour is toasty, roasty, strong dark coffee, some spicy notes are perceptible. Body is medium to high. Carbonation is flat to soft. Texture is oily.
