50cl Bottle via trade with SaintMatty, thanks Matt. Black colour, off white greyish head. Aroma of coffee, leather, ash, dark malts. Flavour is light sweet, coffee, leather, malts, nuts, dry light hoppy bitter finish with some roast. Light bodied. Smell is more pronounced than the flavour, but I liked this one a lot.

0.5l bottle from Systembolaget Passagen, Stockholm, This one pours a near black body - or actually it's black with a nice tan creamy head. The aroma has chocolate ice cream, dark malts, caramel and hints of cardboard. It has a average carbonation level and a silky and rich mouthfeel. Quite impressive for a 5 percenter actually. It's quite dry and chalky in the flavor with tones of roasted or burned malts, lots of cold coffee, some leather hints and a light bitter finish. Not a horrible Schwarz at all, but not completely my thing.

50 cl bottle from Systembolaget. Black colour with some red and medium sized, beige head. Smells of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate and some smoke. Taste is a bitter with some chocolate/coffee. Very drinkable and well balanced. Mouthfeel is dry with a somewhat thin feel. Good beer though.

Bottled. Dark color, short head. Aroma of roasted malt, some molasses, bit rye, typical schwarzbier like. Bit bitter taste, slight velvety texture. Bit thin though.

Bottle, kindly donated by OleR. It pours a clear, dark brown body and a small beige head. Chocolate, cocoa and some burnt malt in the aroma. The flavor has caramel, coffee and cocoa, and burnt malts giving a bitterness that lasts. Medium body, dry. A nice, tasteful and easy drinking beer, but a little more hoppy flavors, especially in the finish would have lifted the experience to a higher level, even though that wouldn’t be right style wise. 100212

Botle 50 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a reddish black with a lacing beige head. Hard roasted malt and coffee in the nose. Medium body, hard roasted sweet malts, chocolate and vanilla with a vague glueish tang. Very subdued bitterness. But overall quite enjoyable. 200310
