Cask gravity at the brewery on XT Brewery Club Members evening, Thursday 1st December 2016 Very hazy amber with a sprightly, spritzy bubbly white head. This isn’t so very sour and also not so very fruity really so I am not putting it in fruit or sour category as I don’;t think that is what is intended, it’s more bitter like with a fruitier than normal tang I guess, I was chatting to Russ (brewer) for quite a while I guess that I should have clarified this with him. There is a little cherry bite (perhaps?), enjoyable beer, not my favourite a little dry at the finish, it’s fine. But like the other’s it is so cold in here that the beer is really cold also. Btw I forgot to take the abv down, I think that this is correct. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4
