Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is acidic wheat, some citrus, wood and mild spicy notes. Flavour is yeasty, some spices, quite strong acidic tones with mild wheat and citrus too. Either very acidic wheat beer, or then some infection going on.

Keg at Doppio Malto, Glasgow. Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aromas of banana and lemon. Taste is more of the same. Clean lightly spiced finish.

14 September 2020. At Doppio Malto, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear pale yellow, lasting, frothy, white head. Aroma of banana, yellow apple, dough, nutmeg, wheat, starch. Taste has sweetish banana & apple, quite wheaty sour, bit lemony, decent bready maltiness with a spicy clove accent. Grassy hoppy finish dragging along that spicy clove as well as wheat & yellow fruit. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. There's an abundance of 'Weissbier attempts' in younger craft breweries but it's hard to find an interesting one - this isn't one either.

Nice refreshing and easy drinkable weisse.
Hazy golden color with a fine head. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Average carbonation level and a mellow sweetness. Banana, wheat, some clove and some yeast.

Draft @ BQ 44, Milano. Couleur dorée paille sur un léger orangé, col blanc fin. Arôme offre une note ester fruité oscillant vers la banane avec un léger rétro pain. Houblon reste en retrait avec ici un fruité-fleuri noble allemand. Palais est similaire avec un bon profil ester fruité de banane, malté léger de blé et carapils - pâle. Léger houblonné citronné et herbacé avec un houblonné rappelant le Tettnanger. Frais et léger avec une pointe de levure. Ok sans spécialement sortir du lot, et je manque d’y noter les épices habituelles.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of butter, eggs, malt, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, butter, and eggs.

Cloudy gold beer, decent white head. Light crisp palate. Mild orange and lemon citrus in lots of seltzer minerals. Wheaty malt towards the finish which has a carbonated bite. Nice refreshing weiss - not at all flabby like so many are.

Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, clove, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft.
