Cask at il Punto. Pleasant bitter, very drinkable, medium bitterness, lots of herbal and earthy European hops. Really nice, good interpretation of the style.

0.75l hazy red tinged with amber, off white head. Creamy aroma... Red orange, maltiness, creamy aroma, quite nice. Dry peppery notes in the end. Creamy, creamy fruity and malty taste, jaffa cakes, ending dry, and just sliiightly too bitter at times. Nice!

Cask (?) At Il Punto Bologna. Wonderfully English on a cask tap. Nice smooth caramel beer with Jämtlands style east in there. Moorish

Keg at the place near lake Orta . A hazed copper orange coloured pour with a lasting thin off white head . Aroma is a mix of jammy strawberry fruit and woody pine, hay and sweet nutty malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet raw grains, toasted bread, and earthy pine needle. A little rough round the edges but it drinks pretty well. Palate is semi sweet with moderate airy carbonation, ok.

boring earthy and goes no where. With some wood. Ok. Starting to get the sense I don’t care for this brewery
