Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Grazie Federico for the sample.

Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Deludente.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a medium foamy head, that becomes a small firm creamy one after standing a bit. Aroma is maize, grains, some herbs and grass. Flavour is nutty, wooden, mild grainy and crisp maltyness with mild floral notes in the finish.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuitty malt with light vinous notes, treacle, chalky notes. In mouth, a smooth herbaceous belgian style ale (oh, its a ESB?), herbal hops, caramel, nice and smooth. Bottle at Mondial 2011, June 11 2011.
