L’affabilità e l’equilibrio della bevuta sono sostenuti dai malti di caramello e dall’elegante e rinfrescante nota di amaro originata da una combinazione stravagante di luppoli provenienti da tre continenti.

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Grazie Federico for the sample. Cuivrée, col beige. Arôme est malté caramel, léger biscuité avec un petit bouquet houblonné rappelant les bitter anglaises. Herbacé sur des notes légères de résineux. Palais est fleuri le tout sur un malté prononcé; ici anglais dans le style caramel et ce léger côté biscuité caramélisé que l’on retrouve dans certaine ESB. Houblonnage procure une amertume modérée entre agrumes et herbacé.

Wässriger, herb malziger Antrunk mit minimalen Karamellnoten. Wässrig, durchgehend aber mild bitter. Kernig. OK. 12/10/9/9//9

27/05/2013 Bir&Fud (handpump). Ambrata opaca, torbida, venature verdastre, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori erbacei e leggermente fruttati, malto ben percepibile. In bocca è modesta, il cocktail di luppoli non funziona appieno, pur essendo discretamente fresca, il finale leggermente lievitoso. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Deludente.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a medium foamy head, that becomes a small firm creamy one after standing a bit. Aroma is maize, grains, some herbs and grass. Flavour is nutty, wooden, mild grainy and crisp maltyness with mild floral notes in the finish.

Pours hazy dark amber with a creamy head.Nose shows caramel, grainy malt, spicy clove notes and vegetal characters. A bit wierd.Similar flavours. Grainy malt, a bit of caramel and a faint vegetal notes.Way too much carbonation.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuitty malt with light vinous notes, treacle, chalky notes. In mouth, a smooth herbaceous belgian style ale (oh, its a ESB?), herbal hops, caramel, nice and smooth. Bottle at Mondial 2011, June 11 2011.

Hazy muddy with a tiny white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and fruity hops. Slightly hoppy flavour with toasted malt and pine. Finished dry and bitter.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and herbal, slight phenolic yeasty. Fruity, yeasty and slight nutty. Fruity and yeasty finish, lasting roasted malt base Bitter lasting finish.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, hay, and elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and grain.
