33cl bottle, from Gardermoen airport. Batch #1176. Poured deep golden color with a thin white head. Yeasty, hoppy with decent amount of coriander. Feels quite balanced, coriander suits well here,. Some sweetness, yeast and wheat in flavor. Medium to full bodied.

Bottle, 50 cl. Hazy honey colour. Lots of yeast particles drifting around. Bog fluffy off-white head. Stays. Sweet candy malts, esters, massive spicy yeast. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Medium sweet taste. Solid malts. Supporting spicy yeast. Light bitterness on ending. In fact it is a nice Belgian Blonde. Not dry enough for a Saison.

Draught at Tap10, Cph. Hazy amber-golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with spices, toasted notes, sweet pale malts. Caramel. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with pale malts and spicy hints. Nice Saison to the sweeter side.
