Bottled. Golden, with a small white head. Weak aroma with caramel, malt and hints of hops. Grainy flavor with hay and caramel. Thin body with some sweetness. Definately one of the least interesting Danish "classic". Rating: 3-3-3-3-7-1.9. 060727
Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a minimal white head. It’s not as horrific on the nose as the Pilsner edition, but there’s still some plastic and cabbage to be found. Maybe it’s the caramel that hides it. It’s medium to thin on the palate, quite dry, with flavors of caramel, malts, a little bitterness and some of the off-flavors. Short finish. A waste of ingredients, but drinkable. 101023

Bottle. Probably the worst danish discount beer I have tasted. Frothy fully deminishing head. Dark yellow synthetic colour. Sweet malty aroma. Watery taste, metallic. OK palate.

(Bottle 33 cl) I have a sneaky feeling that "Spar Classic" is simply "Spar Pilsner" with a wee bit of colourant added. Hard to prove though... Dark golden with a small head. Some hints of brewing cereal, but otherwise no real flavour. Poor brew. 180201

A light amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet and sour with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is malty with notes of straw and some sourness from brewing cereal, and the body is thin.
