Full bodied weizen due to the excess use of malts. Part of the wheat malt that characterizes this style of beer has been replaced with spelt, an old wheat variety. The Evoluon was ‘off ered’ to the city of Eindhoven in 1966 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Philips. It was a sign for technological progress.

Bottle shared. Hazy golde with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, grass, herbs, fruits and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Flesje gekregen van TomHendriksen. Licht amberkleurig bier. Bij het inschenken erg wild maar het schuim trekt snel weg. Aroma is kruidig. Ook de smaak is kruidig en hoppig. De nasmaak is bitter, misschien zelfs iets te bitter.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is metallic and dry phenolic. Bitter, herbal, phenolic and light sweet. Bitter and slight herbal finish.
