(On tap @ La Souche Limoilou, Quebec City, Nov 15/22) Pours hazy dull gold with basically no head or lace. Aroma and flavour are nicely fruity and only lightly tart, with a nice contribution of ripe pineapple, sweetened pale citrus (especially tangerine), fun soft lactic and twangy acidity from the kombucha, well-balanced wood, complex flora, soft creaminess that must be the coconut, finish semi-dry and sweet-tart with lingering pineapple, coconut and drying wood. Light to medium bodied, oily, softly carbonated. Really nice fun take on a wild, normally I'm not a huge kombucha fan but it works nicely in here.
