(On tap @ Pub Brewskey, Montreal, April 25/2022) Pours opaque dull pumpkin puree burnt orange with a small pale tan head and a little lace. Notes of mixed Prunus fruits as you'd expect, apricot and cooked peaches particularly prominent, lots of brown sugar caramelization giving the cobbler vibe, light to moderate cinnamon, a little tannic/acidic component from the plums but not much, sweet all the way through the sip into the finish which is definitely brown sugar peach pie and cinnamon/floral vanilla into the aftertaste. Medium-bodied for a smoothie, softly carbonated. Quite nice purely dessert smoothie, the brown sugar is definitely changing the balance and intensity of the fruit so it's not as punchy as a Brew Juice but still really fun.
