(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec CIty) Pours very hazy medium yellow with a frothy white head showing good retention and lace. Aroma is a tropical mix of canned pineapple, grapefruit, melon, green garlic, dusty dried flowers, some cereals. Flavour is kind of tart for style, quenching grapefruit up front, biting sour tangerine, underripe pineapple, dried flowers, pale doughy cereals, extremely dry and a little chalky/dusty, bone dry finish with floral grapefruit pith, vanilla hints, potpourri, resins, moderate almost astringent bitterness. Light to medium bodied, average plus carbonation, a bit creamy. Odd duck of an IPA, I wasn't expecting the underripe citrusy tartness.
