Draught @ Ølhus København, Helsinki. Pours dark brown, almost black with a smooth head. Aroma of licorice, roasty malts, syrup, chocolate and coffee. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty and sweetish with some syrup, loads of licorice, hints of chocolate and coffee. Finish is smooth, slightly roasty and sweetish with some cocoa, coffee, licorice and chocolate. Smooth.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20170408) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had liquorice, burnt malts and cocoa. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, cocoa, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A pleasant burnt brew with sweet notes.
