clear pour, light gold. bright nose of apple and pear. taste is tart apple with sweet undertones. palate is apple sour then sweet with light carbonation.

Poured a light yellow color, with more of a bubbly head atop that dissipated quickly. Some carbonation here. Aroma was light apples, nice floral and citrus hop notes. Nice apple flavor with a decent hop character to it. 1/19/2013
