En let bitterhed og en blid smag af karamel, som også giver en let sødme. Velegnet til det asiatiske køkken, men også til en tradition dansk ret. Hakkebøf med løg, wienerschnitzel med mere.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A clear, copper-colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. Lacings. Malty nose with a citrusy hop accent. Effervescent, dry and medium-bodied. The citrusy, grassy hops starts the flavor experience, with caramel malts as a backbone. Citrusy finish. 100410

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Alc. 5.0%. Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, butter notes, light hoppy, leather. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100311]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of KUP. Pours hazy dark amber to orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry malty and slight yeasty. Dry yeasty and malty flavoured. Mild spiced and dry. Dry malty and caramelish simple into the finish.

Cloudy amber with a tiny beige head. Sweet malty aroma with hoppy and fruity notes. Malty flavour with pine and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.
