Bottle: Poured a golden clear color with a creamy white head. Aroma is strong alcohol and a bit citrus. Taste is varnish and apples, if they can mix such a thing. Finish is dry hoppy and yet still horribly alcohol.

Bottled(330ml). -Ceres Old 9 with 9.1%ABV?! Pours a nice golden coloured with small white head and somhow buttery nose. Low carbonation. Sweet malty and faint hoppy aroma with corn and sharp alcohol notes. Dry bitter finish.

Bottle. Peppery aroma. Yellow colour, white head. Peppery flavour, not much of anything else. Perhaps a little vegetable, but otherwise quite clean. Nice for a strong lager.

Blond color. Ordinary aroma, dry, some hop and malt. Strong mouthfeel, some initial sweetness, middle alcohol perception (warming), very strong final bitterness.

Bottle. Rocky white mostly lasting good head. Yellow colour. Powerfull malty breadlike aroma. Lots of alkohol in flavor, but it has a long nice finish. OK palate due to the alkohol.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, golden beer with a very small head. Aroma of hops and alcohol. Overly alcoholic body, this really is just alcohol all the way through - nothing else. Unpleasant bitter finish. Luckily this isn’t available in Denmark, but I feel sorry for the Italians. 300705

[At Københavnske Øldage 2005] A light yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by alcohol combined with some notes of metal, that I often find in European Strong Lagers. The flavor is sweet malty with LOTS of alcohol, some metal, and a dry end. Not really my game - but according to the former brewmaster, it sells a lot in Italy.
