Bottled. (as KC Pilsner) Clear, yellow-golden beer with a small white head. Weak aroma with apples, grass, some grain and some wet cardboard. Weak flavor as well, quite a lot wet cardboard, some grass and grain. Definately not good, but at least drinkable in a way. Thin and watery in the mouth, and the wet cardboard stays through the finish as well, joined by some grass. I guess this is a very cheap lager, ’cause it’s not good. (070425)

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear pilsener golden with a small, creamy head that leaves laces. A vague malty aroma. Thin and watery body with weak accents of malt and a dry finish. Not unpleasant, just very bland. 100906 (Bottle 33 cl) As "Vestfyen JA Pilsner". Clear, pilsener golden in the paler end of the scale. A creamy white head leaves some laces. Aroma dominated by brewing cereal - corn in this case. The body is thin and sloppy with discreet touches of hops and a metallic edge. Standard discount fare. 3/3/3/2/7=1.8 210806 (Bottle 33 cl) As "Vestfyen KC Pilsner". Clear pilsener golden with a small, creamy head that leaves laces. A vague malty aroma. Thin and watery body with weak accents of malt and a dry finish. Not unpleasant, just very bland. 3/3/3/2/6=1.7 100906 (Bottle 33 cl) As "Vestfyen Krudtugle Pilsner". Very pretty, dark golden golour (colourings) with a nice but not very stable head. Very watery with only a faint touch of hops in the finish to add character. 080799

A light yellow beer with an OK white head. The aroma is sweet with a slight acidic corn note. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of corn, leading to a slightly bitter hoppy end - from a boring hop sort. A standard Danish discount pils.
Earlier Rating: 11/24/2002 Total Score: 2
A golden yellow beer with a small head. The aroma is slight and a little sour probably because of the corn that it has been brewed on. The flavor is very faint - not watery but just faint. It has almost no sweetness, but an OK bitterness - yet not a very good hop. All in all a good thirst quencher especially at the price. But I rather pay a little more and have a beer with more flavor.
Earlier Rating: 5/5/2003 Total Score: 1.8
A light yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet, malty, brewmashy, and sour. The flavor is brewmashy and slightly sour. My guess is, that this has been brewed on brewing cereal.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Ligth yellow colour. Week hoppy aroma. Bad flavor, short finish. Watery palate. Only if there is only light pilsener present drink this.
Earlier Rating: 1/21/2006 Total Score: 1.5
Bottle. Well if this beer is disapearing from the market its not a great loss. It tastes of light pale lager, but it is 4,6 ABV. It looks like beer though.
Earlier Rating: 11/20/2005 Total Score: 2.1
Bottle. Actually this is an OK pale lager. Moderate hoppy and malty aroma. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head and yellow colour. It tastes og beer and as carbonated as most danish pale lagers.
