Essentially, the same recipe as the IPA, but with approximately 25% more grain and 3 1/2 times the hops! 75 IBU’s, 100% Columbus Hops.

Bottle - Grains, piney hops and some slight malts. Clear copper with a thick head. Piney and resinous, with a bit of grains and bitterness. Decent balance with a touch of alcohol heat.

Bottle - thanks Artem! Pours clear amber with a medium creamy off white head that dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma of pine resin, caramel, citrus. Flavor is the same, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, oily mouthfeel.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Total Wine-McLean, 2/3/13
Aroma: The aroma of this one is clean and hoppy with pale malts, a little citrus, and some spice
Appearance: It pours a hazed dark orange color with a large, thick off-white head and plenty of lace
Flavor: The flavor is a kind of sweet, a little malty/bready, and has a medium-heavy hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium-plus, with a nice feel, though it has too much carbonation, and it finishes dry
Overall Impression: This is my first beer from Diamond Knot, and it makes a solid first impression. This is a fairly hoppy beer for sure. It may not have a perfect balance, and it may be too carbonated, but overall it hits the spot for a nice, hopped-up beer.

Light haze on this amber beer, decent white head. Softish palate, a little dry. Fine carbonation. Smooth malt - trace of caramel. Piney smooth hops, floral too. Whispers of pineapple and orange. Semi dry finish with a mildly bitter aftetaste. Tasty and very drinkable.

On tap. Pour amber with light head. Aromas of malt and pine. Flavors of grapefruit, pine, and fruity malts. Not a bad IPA. Quite drinkable but nothing to differentiate from many others.

Draught at the brewpub
Amber color, creamy head. Very nice aroma of fruity hops, apricots and mango. Good body strength, without being chewy; good malt and toffee flavor, with very strong hopping, very fruity and fresh too, with a nice complement of sweet juice from white grapes too. Very long final obviously.
Very good.

Bomber bought @ The Bottle Shop Canterybury. Pours silly hazy bright orange with a rather small frothy offwhite head that quickly dissipates while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is sweet with dried apricots, tobacco, dry soil, peaches, overripe pineapple, grass, uncooked green vegetables, cookie dough, pine, caramel, orange zest, hazelnuts, cereal and hints of alcohol. Taste is sweet and bitter with caramel, orange peal, cookie dough, grass, peaches, pineapple, orange juice, pine, dry soil, mango, dry tobacco and hints of alcohol. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky sweet, slightly oily bitter and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with caramel, dry soil, tobacco, silage, pineapple and orange peal. Possibly old, hard to judge with no date of expiration.

Bottle from Total Wines Ft Lauderdale. It pours deep orange, with a thin white head. The nose is pine, orange, nectarine, peach, apricot and sweaty sock. The taste is orange, apricot, pine, resin, caramel sweetness, sherbet and alcohol, with a bitter finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. A solid DIPA, but there is perhaps bit too much alcohol presence.
