Kroger bottle. Pale gold with a small white head. Aroma is slightly sweet grasses, a hint of floral notes. Flavor is slightly sweet grasses, a hint of honey, light bread, light floral notes. Light and drinkable. Not bad at all.

12 oz bottle poured, gifted by luttonm, and poured into my SA Noble Pils glass. Rarely do I get to drink a beer in it’s own glass at home. Clean and clear golden pour, with a thin oily head. A solid pils here, and one of the better offerings from these guys in recent memory. Very flavorful pilsener, with plenty of soft bready like malts, and cool, juicier hops. Clean and cool finish. Quite enjoyable.

12 ounce bottle. Label says 4.9% ABV. Bright brassy gold color. Medium sized frothy white head. A fine looking beer. Aroma has notes of honey malt and citrusy hops. Flavor is sweet malt with honeyish notes. Midtaste brings grassy hops with a hint of lemongrass. Slightly tart, dry finish has peppery notes. Overall, a tasty Pils with complex flavor.

11th May 2016, 12oz bottle from a 24 pack of Adventurous Lagers (or something similar) at my daughters place. Bright, clean and clear with a white head, just like a Lager/Pilsner should be. Mild malt presence in the nose, less so in the mini-hop led flavour. Decent Pilsner, both refreshing and thirst quenching without testing your taste buds or sense of smell too greatly.

Purchased in Vermont in their Cabin mixed 12-pack. Pours a clean golden colour with a white cap and some decent creamy lace. Grassy hop aromas. Nice fresh Noble hops with some decent bitterness, dryness. Nice mild grain. A good hoppy pilsner.

Bottle in San Juan. Golden color, small white head. Cut grass, light sweet maltyness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Grassy German hops in the flavor, light maltyness. So and so but probably goes with food well.

12 oz brown bottle into a pilsner glass A: Clear golden with a small head in the cold glass. Not much retention but great lacing. Not much visible carbonation. S: Pine. Little else. Maybe a little cardboard malt trace. T: Similar to the smell but pine not as dominant. Sour bread present to counter the piney herbal hop taste. Flavors meld very nicely. Pretty good balance and distinctive good taste. M: Fairly thick or so it seems for a pils. Just enough carbonation to dance around the tongue. Sticky and chewy and substantial. Maybe not as "sessionable" as you’d expect from a pilsner but so what? Very good! O: Really good pilsner from Sam & Co. There’s stuff in there and quality stuff. One of the best I’ve had in the style. I drink this occasionally and will continue to purchase it.

OK and easy drinking but not a lot going on here in terms of aroma. Pours golden with foamy initial head and no lacing. Light grainy and sour finish. Bottle from Chevy chase.
